Tom came out and looked at the project. He poked behind a few things, looked in the master closet, peaked in the attic. Next he asked me and my wife what we thought the system should do. After we told him what we expected, he said he would get us a proposal soon.

My jaw dropped when the proposal came in at $6350. I wasn't quite expecting a budget of 6.5K for a TV and some sound.

But when specTom came here and installed everything, you could tell these guys do this all the time and know what they are doing. They are meticulous about trying to keep the work area clean, and all the cables that used to look such a mess are very neat. The best thing? It works just like Tom said it would. My wife and I can use it without having to read a manual, or remember a complex sequence.
